Available for a minimum stay of 5 days, starting and ending any day of the week.

Prices per day

• High season (June - end September): EUR 1,250 per day, minimum of 1 week stay.

• Cannes film festival week (May 12th - 18th counted as high season).

• Low season (all other months): EUR 1,000 per day, minimum of 5 days stay.

• Note that prices are quoted per day, with flexible check in/out time (late or early, 09 am to 9pm).

Booking criteria and rules

• Being a family owned property we wish for all our guests to both enjoy themselves but take care of the house as if it is their own. Consequently we want to avoid party groups and friend groups comprised mainly of guests below 35 years of age. 

• We ask that your booking email includes details of who you are and for what occasion you wish to stay at VillaG. We reserve the right to deny entry and forfeit your deposit should this description not match the group or individuals that arrive at the property.

• Equally we reserve the right to ask our guests to leave should they not follow our house rules and contracted agreement, where the deposit and booking fee will be forfeited, and all damages will be charged at cost. 

• All agreements are subject to Norwegian law.

Arrival & departure

• Arrival earliest 09 am, departure latest 09 pm

• On arrival, you will be welcomed by our caretaker, who will guide you through the house and answer all questions to the best of his ability.

• No pets of any kind allowed unless agreed in advance.

• Cleaning fee of 500 EUR per week is included if pets are approved. 

• The Villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and at departure. If there is further need for cleaning during your stay, this will be charged.

Other services 

• For cooking services, bike and car rental, and other activities we will give you contacts at request.

Procedure

• 30% down-payment to be made when booking is accepted and agreed. Once payment is received via bank transfer, the booking is confirmed.

• Remaining balance (70%) as well as the security deposit of EUR 10,000 to be paid no less than 30 days before arrival.

• Security deposit EUR 10,000 - in event of no damages or unpaid charges this is returned within one week after departure.

• Water usage and electricity is included in the price.

• Pool will not be heated in the summer.

The tenant may cancel the booking no less than six months before the first day of the reservation to get a full refund. Cancelling later than six months before the first arrival day will cause a loss of deposit and down-payment of 30%.
